A very exciting announcement

I'll get right to it. No frills, no fancy introduction, no exaggerated flailing.

I'm publishing a book, guys.
These past few months, I told you I was writing poetry. And oh boy, was I.
This book is the result of that mild frenzy. It's a small collection- five poems (or six, if I decide to go ahead and include my latest one), roughly 3100 words, and a little over 40 pages. I've heard back from all my beta readers, and it's ready to make its way into the world.

But the interesting thing I've noticed recently is that even when I was writing novels, I was never that far off from poetry before.

Cue research because I'm a nerd.

In professional terminology, my style of writing falls under the label of "lyri…
